Meditation takes you into a state of deep relaxation; to a place where

your thoughts are focussed and concentration is enhanced.
The physical
effects of meditation are well documented - your breathing slows, heart
rate and blood pressure fall and your body regains its balance and begins
to operate more effectively; boosting the immune system and helping to
allieviate the ill effects of stress - a few minutes meditating can be
as beneficial as a night's sleep!
Our sessions
include a variety of practical techniques including:
energy breathing and focussing exercises, powerful creative visualisations,
mantras for self empowerment
We can expand this to include an introduction to working with the chakras
(the 7 major energy centres of the body)
